Removing Patients from the diem® premium care app Program

If a patient no longer wishes to be enrolled in the diem® premium care app Program, you can remove them from the service. You cannot, however, remove a patient from the program if they have a linked patient account.

Note: You must ensure you remove any linked patients prior to un-enrolling the patient from the diem® premium care app program.

To remove a patient from the diem® premium care app Program:

1. Search for and select the desired patient.
2. Select the Preferences tab.
3. In the Web Refill section, select the Unenroll button. A validation prompt will appear.
4. Select the Yes button.

The patient will be removed from the diem® premium care app and no longer have access to their online profile.
